Well, here we are on the sixth morning of our seven day cruise. It’s perfick out here on the veranda – air temp is slightly cool – we’ve left the balmy tropical Bermuda air behind – the breeze is gentle, the sea is rolling and I’m exactly where I always want to be. The sun is mostly hidden but some blue sky is beginning to appear and now the sun is glinting on the sea. I just leaned over and snapped this pic…

I wish you could hear the sea…it’s heaven

This was our first visit to Bermuda and you really can’t call it a visit-visit, when you consider that we only took a two hour boat ride around some of the islands that make up the country. Bermuda has 181 islands…I did not know this. We loved our Crystal excursion. It was described as a tour of Island homes …thinking it was a car tour, I did not originally book it, but when Arlene said it was a boat tour, we decided to join them on the tour.

So the tour boat was waiting for us a few steps from Symphony. All visitors to Bermuda are required to wear masks unless sitting down outdoors. On the tour boat we were asked to wear our masks if we were moving between decks…for us not an issue at all.

Symphony as we left the dock

So the focus of the tour was famous people’s homes…John Lennon, Charlie Chaplin, Mark Twain…and a slew of others…I was sort of paying attention, but my focus was on the boats in front of the homes.

Timmy: “Look at the name of that boat” … Our favorite song …“My Girl”
I would love to own a pink catamaran 💗
I don’t know if I’ve ever told you all…but Norfolk Pines are my favorite tree…weird right? I just love them…so tall and never perfick, they usually have a bend somewhere…bent but not broken…or some cliche like that. Whatever.
Timmy: “Take a pic of that sign”

I was going to write more…but I went into a daydream, or trance or something and Timmy is telling me we only have 30 minutes left of the late risers breakfast…and God forbid we miss a meal.
