December 21,2025 Freeport, Bahamas

We woke to Margaritaville docked next to us…had no clue that Margaritaville ships even exist.

.
.

Said our sad goodbyes to Rex, Reysie and Hajer 😢

.

Packing to leave the ship is always so much easier…

One last trip to the gym…

.

So Timmy had vegetable lo mein, a meatball sub and a piece of nan.

Couldn’t chose between crème brûlée and flan…

Finally finished my book on the aft deck…

.

I had to lean waaaaay over for our last sunset…

.

Sailaway was scheduled for 7:00 pm…we left at 6:26…

Crystal requested bags out by 9:00…gone are the days of finishing up packing after dinner…

Last mirror selfie

I think Timmy had consommé every night in Waterside.

Roasted mushrooms …so yummy.

Tim went with the pasta…

One last toast

Shrimp with broiled vegetables

.

.
.
.

Blueberry crumble tart with vanilla and cocoa ice cream.

…the long sad goodbyes continued…

.
.

One last show…Sweet Soul Music…

After the show, Karin sang for a bit and we enjoyed folks dancing…

Opened the drapes to these two…and Timmy counted 8 ships in port…potential capacity of 21,800…we walked off the ship at 9:30, collected our bags, breezed through immigration and arrived at the airport at 10:18…through check in and security at 10:43…we have Clear and TSA precheck…but honestly, things were moving well and most folks were in a happy, holiday mood.

.

The airport is crowded …but not crazy…

As we left the ship this morning…I carried with me memories of blue, blue skies, beautiful weather, warm breezes, lovely beaches, and unforgettable moments snorkeling. But more than the places, it is Crystal Serenity that stays in my heart…her quiet elegance, all the beautiful venues, and most of all, her extraordinary crew. They are more than professionals… they are the soul of the ship. We loved every minute with them…that’s what makes saying goodbye the hardest part. Thanks so much for following along.
