Our last few days in Fort Lauderdale were pretty much…wash, rinse, repeat.
Coffee on the balcony…

Lots of eating…practice for when we board…
Thanksgiving morning …more balcony…more coffee…this view is everything🩷

… we enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at Wild Thyme
…pumpkin ravioli, stuffed mushrooms and salad to start…all yummy…then Timmy went with the turkey and I chose salmon…also yummy.
Finally… it’s Friday …time to leave for the port…temperature was 59 degrees…freezing…I nearly wore my puffy to the ship…

Unpacking in our classic “Aqua” cabin…they really do afford more storage…Tim set up all the tech stuff…

First time trying the Bolognese; it was really, really yummy.
Back at the Cove to catch the last of Gabe Monte’s set…such a talented young man.
We sat at the bar and enjoyed catching up with Afzal and Edwin…we also met a frequent Crystal cruiser and avid Cruise Critic poster…Roland4 (IYKYK)… he reminded us about an upcoming CC meet up on board…I’m hoping we won’t forget, because I’d like to meet folks who share their Crystal experiences and expertise so generously.

These two are such a joy … true Crystal treasures.
We got to chatting at the bar, and so missed the opportunity to have a front row seat for Crystal in Motion …as many times as we’ve seen the show…it never gets old…primarily because of the guitar solo…
