We are at the beach, so I’m in heaven 🩵

I walked the beach … did some shopping…then spent the afternoon on the beach…
Dinner at the Sea Watch restaurant…a recommendation from our friend Pamela who lives about an hour north of FLL.

I walked again in the late afternoon …lots of whimsical art on the beach…
We had been taking Ubers around town and then we discovered “Circuit”…it’s tip based transport provided by the city of Fort Lauderdale. You download the APP and order the ride, just like an Uber…we took one to Casablanca Cafe. We’d dined at Casablanca 10 years ago and loved it. It is just as wonderful as we remembered ♥️
Timmy had a Lemon Drop martini with his escargot and I had some sort of strawberry and lemongrass spritzer…

Blackened Grouper with shrimp, mussels, mixed nuts, confetti rice and yellow curry coconut cream…beyond yummy…just an explosion of flavors.

Our suite has this cool little kitchen set up…I made lunch then we hit the beach🩵
We stayed until the beach was in complete shadow; we are now back in our room…resting before dinner…we have reservations at Takato…a Japanese/Korean fusion place…looking forward to it.
